Why fermented pineapple fluid?

In addition to testing fermented pineapple fluid, we have tried fermenting many kinds of fruits from banana to Roselle to tamarind to lime.

We took our research further by looking at appearance, efficacy, and what was the right process of fermentation.

We found that our Pineapple fermented fluid was able to produce higher % of acid and it is the only fluid to produce ‘bromelain’, an enzyme unique to pineapple with properties that help clean protein based stains very well.
